c-clip eliminators, are they worth it?

I was looking into building a strong rear end for the strip and street. Are c-clip eliminators worth the extra money? How much power is need for the stock c-clip to break?

They are worth it, especially if you start running fast enough at the track to have IHRA/NHRA tech you for them.

But.................

They don't "bolt-up" with a disc brake setup and requires EXTENSIVE modification to the rear-end and braking system to get them to work.
