I am going to get the C&L Plenum, C&L 80mm Maf & True Flow Pipe, and either the BBK 75mm TB or the Accufab 75mm TB. My question is what are the best prices you all have found on these items? I found a C&L Plenum for 179.95, C&L 80mm Maf & Pipe for 399.00, BBK 75mm TB for 199.95, and Accufab 75mm TB for 215.95.

My other question is between the BBK and Accufab, is either a whole lot better that the other?

Also some places are selling the Accufab TB with a EGR spacer. Is this necessary to do the mod? What is the benefit?

And last, when I do all of these mods, do I need to run right out and get a tune or can I wait until I add some other things, X-pipe, pullies, etc. It won't hurt my car or break it if I wait a little while for the tune will it?

Thanks for any advice.

Don't waste your money on a C&L MAF and Trueflow pipe. Everything else you've listed is pretty good.

Should I just keep my stock intake and maf then? Or is there something else you had in mind: Kappaball
he's right, don't waste your money at this point..keep on checking these boards because i think an aftermarket MAF vs. stock MAF debate will be going on pretty soon..

yeah, keep your stock MAF for now. know this. Dynotuned car with C&L MAF vs. Dynotuned car with stock MAF. very few rwhp in comparison. It's not much. Not worth the few hundred dollars. invest in GEARS baby.. :nice:

I agree. I'm not afraid to admit I bought a C&L MAF and didn't "feel" any difference. I never did a before and after dyno though.

I didn't 'feel' a change either but my SOTP isn't so precise as everyone elses. I didn't notice my pulleys or my intake plenum.

I ran 13.706 with just the MAF though.
