03 mustang gt. Put bbk .78mm throttle body plenum one piece and cold air intake. Said would work with factory setting now idling off and is a whistle when throttled normal coming from throttle body.?

Depending on the sound, it may be a vacuum leak. Spray a little brake cleaner around the plenum and intake. If the motor revs up, that is where your vacuum leak is.

Some whistle or sucking noise is normal with a CAI. When I installed my CAI it would make a slight whistling sound on moderate acceleration (sounds like when you try to whistle while inhaling), after installing a tb and plenum it became more of an audible "shoop" noise, which is normal. My idle seemed like it was out of whack as well right after installing the tb and plenum, but as long as your IAC is working right, the idle should be adjusted back to normal.

You could try disconnecting the battery to reset the computer. Then let the computer relearn with the new parts. Sometimes TB swaps need to be adjusted for in the computer.

Did you follow the manufacturer's recommended procedure regarding HOW to set the idle stop screw?

Here's some more information on how to trouble shoot Idle/IAC issues.

Mine also made a lot of air noise as well as a high pitched dog whistle sound. I thought it sounded cool enough to not really ever care about why.
