I have a 2000 V6 Atlantic Blue vert and on the window sticker that I obtained from the dealer it says it has the california emmissions package. Does anyone know what this means as far as how many were produced and what kind of horsepower would that take away from the original 190. I have also been told that Atlantic Blue w/ a white top is a rare find anyways and with it being california emmissions added i was wondering just how rare this car might be. i would love some more information
