Caliper bolt torque

Does anyone have a Haynes handy that can tell me what the torque is on the 2 caliper bolts for a Cobra?

I don't have a Haynes manual, but the instructions for the M-2300-K
Cobra Disk Brake Conversion kit states "70-95 foot lbs" for the caliper mounting bolts.
