cam question

What doe's the duration Int./Exh., and Lift Int./Exh. mean, and what doe's it do?

Duration is how long the valves stay open....the bigger the number the longer they stay open. Lift is how "high" the valve opens. You can't usually hear a high lift cam but you can definitly hear long duration.
