Cam queston?

I am asking this question for a friend that has a 94 GT.
Is it possible to reach 300rwhp useing the stock cam N/A?
Have some of you guys did it before? What mods?

You could probably do 300fwhp but not rwhp. Why doesn't he want to change cams?

He still has the stock 302ci engine.
He is going to install Trickflow cylinder heads and intake
and wondered if he would get 300rwhp on the stock cam.
I told him that he should go with the Trickflow stage2 cam.
I wanted to hear your opnions though.

One would have to take a path different than most peeps take on these Stang forums.

Or in other words, using common hot rod parts like most use ... NO!

Ed Curtis and the peeps he hangs with could do it ......

Them boys do some really amazing things

Nitrous and a supercharger..

You can do it without even touching the engine.

Tom Moss has a chart with a bunch of combos on it.

I remember one was close to 300 and one had done something like 301 or 302.

Both were using e-cams.

Both were using alumimum heads.

Other than that, I can remember anything else about them.

My friend decided to go with a E cam instead of the Trickflow cam.
