cam reccomendations

what cam shaft would you all reccommend for a carbed 86 302 roller motor
whats the biggest lift/ duration, i could go with the flat top pistons

What are the current mods that is the single most important thing whe choosing a cam. It does no good to have a huge cam if the rest of your motor cannot flow enough to support it.
