I am installing vt stage 2 cams and was wondering if I can reuse the cam sprockets from my stock cams? My car is a 2000, so it has the windsor block. Thanks for any help.

I am a guru by no means so verify this but off the top of my head 99-00 is widnsor motor like you said and they have pressed on cam gears. So you are SOL. I think you can get gears for around $85.

Do you know of any good online places to get them?

well where are you getting the cams? or do you already have them? I would thinkvt could hook you up I am sure. I know I have seen them on shm website but I would call t&j or vt directly I think. I am not sure if they have them over at the modular depot or not. if you have not bought the cams I would just get them at the same place. I would just tell the guys at VT to "know there role and give me some sprockets before I have to lay the smack down on thier candy a@ses" that is how I roll though. of course they would probably just laugh at me.

Yeah you definitely need cam sprockets the 99/00 cars have a pressed on cam sprocket. You can get a good deal on a new pair from Randy Stinchcomb through the Ford Parts forum over on Modulardepot.com.
