It's time for a cam but I have no clue what to get for my 94 GT????? I know I need something with like a 114 LSA but I other than that I don't know anything. Suggestions
1. Don't buy a cam with a wide LSA for the sole purpose of making the computer happy. I've seen Steeda #19 cams freak out a 94/95 computer even though they're designed not to. And the stock calibration has enough undesirable characteristics that a chip is worth it anyway.
2. Spend the extra for a custom cam. The gain you get by going custom is definitely cost effective.
3. Don't get a cam unless your doing heads -- I don't see your mods, so I don't know your situation -- the stock cam is not half bad, especially when paired with stock E7TE heads.
