i want to kill corsa for not making an exhaust for our cars. my buddy has a 99 M3 with corsa and it sounds sooooooo good. every corsa exhaust i've heard is always my fav for that vehicle. end rant.

Correct, the *base* C6 vette is the LS6 motor.

The LS7 is a 427cid aluminum small block that is in the Z06.

the base c6 motor is the ls2. the ls6 was the c5 z06 motor.

Oops. I'm not perfect with Chevy stuff.

I also get a bit confused with the "Smallblock 2.2" (NASCAR block).

BTW, go Chevy for re-using an engine badge. The LS6 was also the sweet solid lifter 454 in the 1970 Chevelle SS.

That idle sounds like a higher compression, N/A motor, with a monster cam in it... and I LOVE IT!
