i am pretty sure some cams are going to be my next upgrade for my 2010 GT. does anyone have any recommendations? I am on the fence about a "big lift" (valve springs req) pair or a mild (no springs req.) is it really worth the price difference of about $300 with springs and all? also who has/likes which brand?

No matter which you decide to get, I would recommend Comp Cams. They are arguably one of the best (if not the best) camshaft manufacturers in the world. Personally, unless I were building an N/A monster (major internal upgrades and etc.) or had serious intentions to add forced induction down the line, I would just go with the non-valve-springs-required cams.
