The check engine light came on the other day and I took it in to AutoZone to pull codes. It came up with 340 - Camshaft position sensor. So, today I replaced just the sensor, but the light is still on. Do I need to have them manually clear the codes (I had the battery off while I did the work on the car)? If not, what else would be the problem? Would the code throw for the camshaft position synchronizer? Thanks for the help.
