Camshaft tutorial...

Out of all the different parts of a motor, i know the least about camshafts. Whats the different between a solid roller, hydraulic roller, flat tappet, mechanical roller, etc...

And explain lift and duration numbers. Like what numbers are stock/mild/wild, etc. And anything else you can think of. I want to know it all.
