For example: If I was to by a Mass air system for 19lbs injectors and I upgrade to 24lbs injectors in the furture. Is there a way to re-calibrate to 24lbs or will I have to buy a new system? Thanks....

Most any aftermarket MAF can be recal'd. Check with each manufacturer, because I don't remember. I think C&L has tubes that can be replaced, but others have to be sent back to the manufacturer to be recal'd.

Yup. Just at vr stated... any aftermarket MAF manufacturer should allow for re-calibrations later down the road. C&L and Pro-M (or the company formally known as Pro-M) would be your best bets.

A custom chip can also be used for recaling for injectors.
