Can all the gauges be read on screen????

i was just wondering... My last fox had gauges gallore in it........ i just recently bought a 95gt months ago...... the speedo is a bit off... even with the corrected speedo gear.... soo i just use my TomTom GPS which measures the speed which is dead on balls accurate..... I was just wondering if there is ANY product out there that has a screen that looks like my gps device... like 5 inches maybe which has the ability to measure all the vehicles functions..... speedo... rpm, oil pres water temp, boost press etc.. all on one screen rather then a seperate gauge for each........ if not all the functions, but most of them??? if someone can steer me to a product like that, if there is one, that would be awesome.. thanks
