my car just does not have the stance it should. sits too high in the front. upr cc plates, sportlines, es isolators, gabriel replacement shocks/struts. with those springs, the car should be fairly slammed. it isnt tho
the guy that done the work used the spacers for the plates, below and above the plate bearing. car rides very smooth. no bottoming out and rides near stock like. i dont know if i should blame the springs or not. just ordered a set of h&r super sports but have not installed them yet.
I'm actually having the same problem with my car. I just had maximum motorsports cc plates installed and I have eibach sportline springs and tokico 5 way adjustable shocks. The drivers side looks ok but the passenger side is quite a bit higher. The driver side is about 3 fingers from tire to the fender lip and the other side is a little over 4 fingers. any idea what's causing this?
MM CC plates are a bit tricky to install - are you sure they were installed correctly? Do you have a pic of them? Know that the springs will settle... Also, are the springs in the pockets correctly? If they are clocked wrong that will affect the ride height.
I can send pics later. The weird thing is, I've had these springs on the car for several years and I never noticed the ride height difference until after the plates were installed. I'll get pics of the plates and the ride height tonight. I plan on washing the car so I'll be sure to take some pics.
Your car's ride height is determined by the springs. Unless the strut is binding, there is absolutely no reason a CC plate would change the ride height. Double check to be sure the springs are installed correctly and are sitting in teh spring perch in the appropriate position.

I didn't find the installation of my MM CC plates tricky at all. Maybe locating the 4th hole to drill could be, but the rest was pretty straight forward.
