Can I bolt this to a 351w

Can I bolt up a paxton sl 1220 kit for my 93 Gt to a 351w??

I was going to build a 331 but think I might go with a 351w. I already have the supercharger and figured someone has probably done this before. Is there a swap bracket for this? IF not, there should be lol.

Any ideas?

I posted this in your other thread in 5.0 Talk that asked the same exact question. Here it is again, directly quoted from a tech at Paxton. I don't know how much more official or reputable you want the information to be...


"The three bolts that mount to the head will fit fine. The problem is on lowest mount point to the block. The bracket will not line up to the block. You will need to extend the bracket about 1.6 inches. I have not done this myself, but have heard from customers that it was no big deal. Also, you will need a longer belt."

What part of that don't you believe?

Sorry, tried it in talk and thought it might be better in tech and get more responses, considering if the only way is to modify the bracket-I would need technical help.
