thinking about selling the stang wondering if you guys could give some prices of what its worth, heres some pics:

oh by the way, it has a new tremec t-5 trans about 2k miles on it
mm clutch ped adj
fms quadrant
cylinder heads were done 800 miles ago
its an ssp car
90k on it still on its first turn
if you have any question to help you determin how
much it can go for pls ask. thank you

but i dunno, it really all depends on what someone is willing to pay and how long you're willing to wait. the bluebook on our cars seems much lower than they're actually going for (my car is ~4,000).

i paid 6K private party for my 78,xxx mi. 93 gt but it was exactly what i wanted...and was willing to spend the cash. check autotrader for stangs in your area and see what they're going for maybe?

it's hard to tell on the net, but i'd say somewhere around $3000, but a lot has to do with where you live. up here (canada) a lot of foxes go for almost double what most guys would pay in the states....
oh, and the fuzzy dice add at least $.10 to the sale price.....

Unless someone specifically wants a notch I don't really see a whole lot of value in that Fox. BTW, they're called Fox because that is the build name that Ford gave to that chassis. The first Fox was the Fairmont.

It does have a decent tranny but aside from that there isn't much there. It has clearly been ridden hard and put away wet. It looks like it may have been owned by a teenager at some point.

The "bling" under the hood, the monster tach and the hood are good indicators that someone has been seriously abusing the car while neglecting regular maintenance. What happened to the radio? The original tranny? The clutch pedal pad?



Just ask yourself this...

Would you buy this car?

i did buy this car and it gets maint every 3k and full maint every 30k

the ssp cars had them there for the trunk for quicker access to there equipment

To add a little more about the fox name, the fox chassis or fox platform (technically there is no such thing as a Fox body) got is name from the Audi Fox, because Ford nearly copied and tried to improve most of the setup. The MacPherson strut front suspensoin ; solid axle/coil spring rear, unibody design.
