Sure you can. Maybe 5 HP from most of what I've read.

Rockers with on stock heads with no head work is kind of pointless. There really isn't any need to go through the work to replace the rockers if that is all you are doing.

If you already have the valve covers and intake off, you might as well take that opportunity to get some new heads, at least some worked stock heads.

On a stock headed car you will probally LOSE power unless you install new springs .For the simple fact the stock valve springs are old ,have a lot of miles and can not handle the extra lift do to this.

Look man....if you REALLY want some serious gains, I would look into investing in something like a NOS sticker. Only EVERYBODY knows that placing a NOS sticker on your back driver side window will increase your hp and tq output tremendously.

In fact, last night when I was on the highway coming home, I had this AWESOME Dodge Neon pull up next to me in the fast lane. I looked over and noticed he had the always original spoiler, coffee can, green lights underneath, and of COURSE bone stock engine revving away at me. I thought for sure I had'em until I saw the NOS sticker on his back window.......

INSTANTLY my hands begin to sweat and I think to myself, "Oh no! He's going to get me for sure!" Well anyway......he punches it and I have to look over b/c I couldn't BELIEVE someone would be wanting to use a weed wacker in the middle of a street race, then I punched it.

Much to my amazement......I pulled on him like he was standing still.

Maybe his NOS wasn't working properly.....
