Can I used my trick flow upper on the 5.8 lower

I have a Trick Flow track heat intake for 5.0, can I use that upper on the Trick Flow 351 lower (part # TFS-515L0004) on summit? or will just the R-series upper fit it?

The track heat intake will fit, when I first did mine I was an idiot and had a Street upper on a 5.8 R lower. It bolted on but it didn't flow very well.....really restricted the power. The bolt holes will line up, but there is a difference in the size of the ports.
