Look like either Saleen or Cobras(don't know which year though)

On the guy's cardomain all he says is that they are 18inch cobra Rs. I for the life of me as long as I been looking at wheels have no clue what year they are. I know they aren't 95s, 99s, or Y2ks. I'm thinking maybee '98?

Those are 18 inch remakes of the 95 Cobra R I have seen those before. I believe that you can get them in 9 or 10.5 widths.

So you guys are sayin 95 cobra Rs? They eagle rep ones look like a close bet of what they are and would explain the matching chrome center cap, but they just look too damn good to be eagles, lol. Are these them?

yes they are... but they look to be an 18" variety.

They are COBRA R wheels simple as that. They ARE 18" eagles I had those exact same rims before, see my sig for pics.
