Can you ID this wheel?

Someone claims that these are factory '99 F150 wheels. I don't believe this is true, but can't make out the aftermarket logo or find a listing of available wheel packages for '99.

BTW, I know this isn't about a 5.0, but I couldn't find any general discussion forum. What happened to the off-topic area? Didn't there also used to be a "All other Fords" forum? Anyways, if there's something I'm missing, by all means move the post to a more appropriate forum, but I tried.
