Try some Mustang online parts places. There are many to choose from. Go to a search engine and enter "Mustang parts". You will find a whole bunch of them.

How bad are the holes? If they are small, and there aren't too many, I'd consider patching them with fiberglass or something if this is your low $ driver.

Of course, the correct way to do it is cut out the rot, and weld in new metal, but it doesn't sound like thats a realistic option for you. If you are restoring the car, rather than driving it daily to school and what not, pan replacement is really the only way to go.

Hey - I am no expert either so take this with a grain of salt. I am sure it would help if you could post pictures too.

How big are the holes, I mean sometimes you can have very small holes where rust has started but it isn't really cancerous yet and no serious structural problem. If that, use a rust converter paint, i like eastwood but others swear by POR15 and fill in with seam sealer. If you have moderate or serious rust out then you have to cut out and replace the whole pan(s). There are a ton of articles and sites out there with good advice but you will need a MIG welders, WITH gas, to do a good job. Mustang Monthly had an article a few months ago on it. Not much help I am sure - post pictures if you can, you will get better advice from some of the real experts in this forum
