Canister or inline?

wow, i'm in south korea and i'm almost done here. i get to leave this dump on 21 dec. there is no place like the usa. but any way i have a 98 gt with a procharger setup. i need to get a fuel pump and i go to order one from steeda. they ask is it a inline or canister setup. can you guys help me out with that answer please. i have been away from my car for so long.i just can't wait to drive it and it be right. sept 03 i had the procharger installed and i have had stock injectors and stock fuel pump on it. i now have 42 pound injectors, 90 mm mass air and the last piece is the fuel pump. so if you guys help me out. i can finaly get this baby tuned and rolling this xmas. thanks

A canister pump is the pump in the fuel tank (in the canister). An inline pump would be like a BAP (Boost-A-Pump). I believe the 98's still used a fuel pressure regulator, so you should be able to upgrade the fuel pump (in-tank) and feed enough fuel, but it depends on how much power you're making, etc.

ok. i'm little confused. i now my stock pump is inside the tank. i also have a boost a pump on the outside. so i do have a canister pump right?
