Can't figure it out!

:fuss: I have a 94 GT with a DSS engine....331. When the car gets hot, it will sometimes stall all on its own OR if I let it warm up and shut it off then turn it back on it will stall as soon as I start to move, after which it will then not turn back on. (If it does it runs for 3 seconds and dies)
HERES THE KICKER! Sometimes it works fine ALL DAY LONG, then the next day I cant make it out of my parking lot! Its like a variable mood swing typ of thing! So far since this problem has started I have replced the following:
Fuel Pump (to a 255 for SC)
Fuel Pump Relay
MassAir Flow Sensor (80mm Pro-M calibrated for 24 lb injectors)
I have had the car tuned at a speed shop.

I have had the fuel pressure checked and ignition system as well.
Please if anyone out there that knows what to do let me know. It would be GREATLY appreciated.

My guess is o2 sensors. But I am not really sure.

Have you checked to see how much vacuum you are pulling? Checked for vacuum leaks?

Start pulling on wires in each connector & see if they pull out. Inspect the connection prongs too. (like MAF/ect/iat, o2's, etc etc). You might have a loose connection which is causing the intermittent problem.

If you have over 50K miles on it, replace the distributor. The magnetic pickup goes bad on the things. I had intermittent stalling too. I replaced the dist. and so far so good. (KOW)

Would the Magnetic pickup do that when it's hot?? Sometimes when driving it right before it stalls, it will studder and the RPMs will drop down and up about 1000 and then shortly after die.(This is when its been running since I turned it on and decides to stall 15 minutes later while driving). It just seemed like something either electrical or fuel was going faulty...only when hot though after its been running for 5-10 minutes...I Kinda think its electircal just cant pinpoint it. I was wondering if it could be CPU related? Hopefully just something in the ignition. Any Ideas?

Have you changed your fuel filter yet?
It could also be as simple as the alt, even though it doesn't make sense. Borrow one from a buddys car and see if it stops or have yours checked. You could have a loose ground in it.
What does it sound like when it stalls? Just straight death or any sputtering or rough idle before?
