my father has told me many times the reason he leave's his work truck running all the time is because what causes the most stress and wear on a engine is strating it up. Due to the fact that there is no oil pressure at start up so i am thinking i want to put in a Canton Accusump Oil Accumulator while i am at the point of the oil system.specially because this engine is blown and i want it to last as long as possible. Can some one tell me more about these ? and more about what they do other than provide oil pressure at start up.
