i just got my DRs put on the other day and i havent really gotten on them yet. so, this morning after work i decided to just take it up to 3k RPMs and launch the baby. Well, when i launched it, it bogged real bad off the launch. any ideas why? Bad plugs?

also, about 5 minutes later on the long stretch to my house, i got on it again. This time i was at about 10 miles and hour and punched it. Not much/any tire spin, but some hesitation toward 5K RPMs. Then i pushed the clutch in and the car stalled..... not too thrilled about that either.

Now you have the traction of a 12 second car, launch like one. My car with DR's on them will bogg if I launch that low. My car likes to hook with no fuss at at least 4600rpms

I have 4 cyl tires and rims on mine and mine bogs if im at like 2500 or so, so i guess with alot better tires, rev her up and give her hell. The punch it thing im not sure about, but you might be giving it too much juice for the grip, espicaly if u have a basicly stock motor. Gears would also help alot too. who needs top end anyway? I cant go more than a mile before hitting a stop sign or a slow person. so put some 4.10's in and lift them front tires!

I see u already have 4.10.... so not sure what to do now. Check plugs and see if they are black or look lean now. With better grip and haveing the motor bog down on u, u could have allready fould a plug or come close. Wheel spin isint as hard on a motor as grip, and a problem that you could have already had might just now be coming out in the open.

You need a higher launch RPM. My friend launches his 11 second car at 5000+ rpms on slicks. I'm sure if the drag radials are bogging you down then you need a higher rpm.
Try going up little by little each run until they start spinning (or the car doesnt bog)then back it down a little.
