car broken into

my 1988 gt got broken into, and of course, they break the rear quarter window to get in, lovely, couldnt break the window that i KNOW how to replace. Anyways, I aquired a new rear quarter window and my questions are...

1. How do I remove the rest of the window carcass left

2. what else do I need to install the new window, I'm imagining that I'll need some kinda glues or something

any advice here would be great...

glass shop wanted about 1200 to do the replacement and buy a new window

pull the interior quarter panel out and then the window it self is in a frame which bolts too the car, just unscrew it and the window will pop out with a little force. As for glue I just used some window sealant from Home Depot and just put it around the edges and i've never had a problem.
