Hello everyone, I have a quick question. My engine (289 2bbl),when I begin to decelerate, seems like it wants to die. On occasion it has and this only started recently. The idle is also pretty rough, and it has died when I try to warm the car up also. There is no hesitation when accelerating and the car drives fine other than this problem. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for any help.

Check your choke operation.

.....or time for carb rebuild, or clogged air filter, but more like carb related.
