Car Dolly for 66 Vert?

Just bought another mustang - 66 vert. Full project car. Typical midwest rust (rockers, torque, floors, etc). Want to strip down to shell and have a way to roll around and work on various parts. Any tips on a car dolly and bracing points would be appreciated. thanks

ideal would probably be a rotisserie but I found these worked well and I could easily move the vehicle on my own even with engine etc still in

I bought snow mobile dollies and weld jack stands to them. Not the most stable. If I had to do it again, square tube, with caster wheels. I'd weld it like a bed frame with the ability to raise and lower the post.
