Car feels choked for brief moments

Car will be driving normal and then will act up for a second or two... Thinking it is the ffuel pump... any other ideas?

Hows your plugs look? Timing, last oil change... The basics first then look into the fuel pump...

How old are your plugs/wires/cap/rotor? Does it sound like a misfire? Any codes?
How old are the O2 sensors? Stock MAF? Does this usually happen a low rpm or any rpm range? Is the idle smooth?
Sorry for all the questions but more info would help narrow it down better. Fuel pump is a possibility, but you can confirm that by checking the fuel pressure.
