Haven't been on here for a while. Some of you may remember me. My stocker with 57k original has been sitting for quite a while. Decided to fire it up today and it runs really strange. It's very cold blooded, idles rough. Also sounds like my mufflers rusted off Any ideas? Let me know what you think... About to trade this junk for an ls1

thing sounds friggin cammed. But i see that your gas gauge is low and if you have gas thats been sitting along with the crap at the bottom of your tank it will run like ass.

Sounds like a bad gas problem.

What's cammed?? Someone said maybe the vacuum is leaking but I don't know where the vacuum is. They said maybe it seems louder because the muffler bearings are going I don't know where those are.

I know, so is my radio. They stole my radio and took the antenna too. What good is a radio without the antenna?

As in your car sounds like it has an aftermarket camshaft in it.

Well if your car never sounded like that before than its bad. But if one was installed thats a good thing.

I heard that you could maybe swap a v8 into your 4 cylinder Mustang. Any truth to this and is there any threads about it on here? I searched the entire internet and found NOTHING.

You have to cut the front 70% of the v8 car off, and JB weld it to the 4 cylinder car. And it will only work right if you use the ecu out of a Prelude.

I did that and it didn't work. Do Preludes come in v8's?
