About week and half ago I bought the kit from Performance distributors and the car run great for about 1 week and then I started to have problems again.
I would let the fuel pump prime (just a habit) then started it up. It Idle fine for about 5 seconds and then just died. would not start up again, checked the plug wires, battery, and anything else i could think of but it would not start. The tach would not even move. Few hours later tried again, let the pump prime and wouldn't start, i left key in Accessory and pump primed again and tried to start it and this time tach moved it cranked over for a second or 2 and then died, very rough idle, cranked a few more times and once i started i put my foot on the gas to keep it from stalling out and then just reving it to make sure it didn't stall again and after a few min everything seemed normal. Next day drove it with no problems.
Then yesterday started, went to grocery store. Hopped in car to go home and would not start again. Same problem as the other day. The pump primed again in Accessory position and it managed to turn it over and start eventually and i had to do the same thing, as it was starting up i had to hit the gas to make sure it would rev high enough to not stall out, got some gas and again same thing did not want to start up.
The battery is less then a year old. It's new cap, rotor, plug wires, ignition coil, fuel filter, PCV valve. Plugs are about year old (less then 10k on them)
I'm lost on what it could be, Fuel pump, relay, injectors, engine ground, plugs shot already? Any clue? Thanks
