Car limp mode no codes

So I got my 2005 4.0 V6 mustang up and running, drives and idles without vibrating like it was earlier this month. Had p0174 code so I cleaned out the maf and cleared it and it hasn’t popped back up. Car makes six beeps when keys in ignition. Car won’t go over 2400 rpm and about 45 miles an hour and seems to be stuck in second ir third gear. This car was sitting out in a yard for probably close to 8 months not driven. Any ideas? I attatched a video with an odd noise the engine is making. Also the speedometer is way way off

Also the car has a bbk cold air intake if that helps at all
