Car not idling right

i installed an fcam and cobra intake but i cant seem to get the car idle right.i checked for vacuum leaks i checked the tps,and timing also.It lopes and stalls after it gets hot.i dont know what else to do any help would be appreciated.it has a stock maf,stock throttlebody .and stock heads.also could the egr affect it i have it plugged in but no vacuum line on it.
