Car running funny after new exhaust..

Last year i had my car dyno tuned and had a custom chip burned for it. I ran it on 110 octane. After i the dyno session i went from flowmasters/dumps to magnaflow catback w/ tailpipes. Went from 110 octane to ultra 94.

Would these changes affect my chip and cause my car to run funny?? Because now it runs too rich and hesitates alot and its really P#&*ing me off. I need help!!!!

I don't think that the exhaust would be the culpret, I think it is probably the chip is set for you combo at 110 octane, you might have to get it re burned

changing the exhaust should not affect anything.

It breaks up alot and hesitates and feels like its missing.
Jerry from Fordchips assured me the settings would be fine on ultra 94. guess ill have to get it retuned.

try runnin a mix and see if it gets any better...
