My cars idle goes up and down like it has a cam in it and around 2-3K RPMs the car heistates bad and it does not have any low end power. Mods listed below.

I pulled codes and heres what I got:
176 HO2 sensor system lean bank2
177 H02 sensor system right bank 2
332 EGR Flow Insufficent

I've been searching for a while now and need some input. Is it time to remove the EGR? Any info would be great!

Thanks

when both banks of lambdas are lean, that can be a weak FP or vac leak, as well as bad lambdas and bad MAF (if the MAF reading is not consistant with the lambas, they fight). good advice from above, esp on the SN cars.
with the EGR, i would check each item in the EGR (valve: clean it, position sensor and the EVR). do you ever get detonation? if the EGR does not flow as much as it should, the timing will be too advanced for the mixture and one could see pinging. also, the mixture would be rich and the puter would be confused as to why you are running rich.
good luck.

I've capped off both ends of my EGR on both mustangs and never had an idle problem. I have had dirty mass air meter issues due to pre oiled (way to much oil) air filter. Didnt have idle issues, but the dirty meter caused lean condition A/F ratio and 4500-5000 detonation. Cleaned it,,problem solved.
