Progress Thread 1993 Ford Mustang 5.0 convertible stock manual - ODB Codes shows running lean

Code 10 is Cylinder #1 failed the cylinder balance test.

Code 11 is test passed so that is confusing with you having codes for KOEO and KOER

Code 40 is Cylinder #1 failed the cylinder balance test.

Code 41 is lean on the passenger side and no O2 switching detected

The Code 67 is typically from not having the clutch pushed in when performing the test. If you did have it pushed in or bypassed then the next thing I would suspect is the NGS or NSS switch on the top of the transmission. This will not prevent the car from starting is the NGS or NSS switch is not integral to the start circuit. It only tells the ECU that the transmission is in neutral.

Code 90 is all cylinders passed the cylinder balance test.

Code 91 is O2 sensor circuit indicates lean - driver side (KOER), no O2 sensor switching detected, always lean - driver side (Continuous Memory)

None of this makes any sense as you cannot pass a test (Code 11) and have codes. You said the car is running strong but its shows two cylinder fails on the balance test and then the balance test passed. Do as the General has instructed and clear all the codes, take it out for a spin and be sure the motor is up to operating temperature. Get home and check for codes and post back up.
