Car running like ****...

Here's the scenario...

Car was running good... N-PI intake cracked so I switched to a PI with adaptor plates.

Now, the car is not running right.. I'm not sure if it's a loose vaccum line or bad sensor or what?

It starts up fine, but it idles like its camming.. 600 - 800 rpm's at times.

Also there is a pretty loud ticking sound coming from around the TPS sensor. Doesn't sound like it's injectors, intake leak or exhaust leak.

Everytime I hear the tick, the car sounds like it's missing.

Any ideas guys... all the spark plugs appear to be on tight.

Double check the firing order. Also make sure the plugs are in all the way, a loose one will make a tick. Re-check for vacuum leaks.

If its running really low, its a vacum hose. Im not 100%, but I know just from messing around that there are a few hoses on the front of the throttle body that will drop the rpm's to almost nothing.

I say check all the hoses and make sure the plugs are gapped right and in all the way
