So I just put in new sparkplugs, spark plug wires and distributer cap and rotor. I did the sparkplugs a couple days ago and didn't notice anything, but after I changed the wires, dizzy cap and rotor the car seems to stumble at idle. If I didn't gap the plugs is that probably what it is? Before you say that what are the other possibilities that it might be?
Thanks

Well, are you super sure that the two of the wires are not crossed? Are they well separated (to avert a contamination misfire)?

I dont think I have seen plugs that came gapped at a larger gap than spec, so that is probably not an issue. Too large a gap shows up as a miss at higher RPMs.

Good luck.
