Car won't start

Car was running great.
Go out to start the car and it just cranks and cranks. Lots of battery power.
Yes there is gas in it at first I thought maybe I got siphoned.

So far my check list includes:
Fuel Safety Switch
Starter Solenoid
Fuel Pump
Other than that not really sure what the deal could be.

Like I said it was running just like normal the night before went to start it up and it just cranks.

Turn the key to the "on" position and see if the theft light is flashing.

it's not the PATS system it's disabled.

The fuel pump took a crap.

the rubber grommet on the tank had dried up and split which was allowing the wires to rub on the metal of the gas tank. Which in turn cut through the wires. Yippy.

Plus the fuel filter was still original and the car has 91,000 miles you couldn't hardly blow air through the filter.

I just noticed I put this in the wrong section. This is for the fiance's V6. Good thing I am around for her general maintenance now.
