I have a 67 GTA 390 that I am trying to find out the correct Carb and Distributor. It came with Calif emissions and I read somewhere that the carb and distb has a casting # to match this.thanks

The factory service manual will have this info, but AFIK, the distributor should be the C7OF-12127-G, and the carb the C7OF-9510-D.

Obviously it is an automatic and most likely a 4 BBL, but is this a Fairlane or Mustang, Holley (390GT) or Motorcraft (standard 390)?

The original carburetor for a 1967 Mustang GTA with 390 and CA Emissions is indeed a C7OF-D as pointed out above. It is a Holley 4150 List Number 3796.
