Should be a Motorcraft 5200. It goes by many names as it has a strange history. It was a Weber design origonally used by Holley as their 5200 or 5210. Ford adapted it to their specifications for use on their engines and it became the Motorcraft 5200. So, really it can be called a Holley/Weber 5200, Holley 5200, Weber 5200, or Motorcraft 5200. If you're looking for a replacement carb, go with a Weber DFEV. They are still made and come complete for about 300-400 bucks. It's a direct bolt-on as the carburetor you have now was derived from the DFEV. If you need a rebuild kit, I just rebuilt mine (came from a 1980 2.3L capri) and got a full kit from Advance Auto.
