Carb Swap and Stock Fuel Lines

Hi,

I was just wondering how has done the Carb swap on 1989-93 5.0's, and if you were able to use the stock fuel lines by cranking the psi down with an adjustable regulator.

well, you don't use the stock fuel rails, but oyu can use the stock lines, adapt them to a Barry Grant (or equivalent) return style regulator (pn 171021), and then to the carb.... easy.

Reply how do you adapt them to get the AFPR to work?

tube nut, tube sleeve, flare the stock line...screw onto a #4 (return) and # 6feed) AN adapter, then buy some line to go to the regulator....

you could just use rubber line, but anything over 12" is not track legal.
