Carb swap??

i've been pondering this for a while and i think i'm going to do it has anyone in here done a carb swap. i was wondering about a couple of different things like abs,speedo i have autometer coolant,oil pressure, and tach i just don't know if the speedo was a cable or is it ran through the ecm any input would be great

If you drive the car everyday, the only thing I can say is good luck. You'll need every bit of it.

Tuning a carbureted car is easy, yes. Tuning an EFI car with a carburetor on it, is not.

Those few who tried to convert the car to a carb, ended up selling it.

I dont get it, an engine is an engine.. Take everything off that is computer related and swap to a carb.

Who do you know who has sold their car when they tried to do a carb swap?

Id i read/post over at the corral, theres alot of used to be efi guys over there.. you will learn alot about the carb swap. It is pretty straight forward, but will be just as expensive(maybe a little less since you wont need a chip) as a good EFI settup.
