Hi everyone, been really busy lately and haven't been on. Who is going to Carlisle this year? I know i asked this before but was wondering since it is a few weeks away.

Anyone here besides Tim and Brian?

I'm trying...subtle effort. With Phil and hopefully Terry being their, Steve and Mary, I'm hoping. John has to work the SVT trailor so his wife won't be coming.

At this point all the pieces are in place, most importantly a "room".

Your better half coming???

No she doesn't do car shows, and she'll be leaving that Sunday morning for Vermont, week long dog camp. Our Border Collies are going for advanced Flyball and Agility. Phil was here for Spring Carlisle I'm not sure if Terry is coming or not. I'll Email Steve and Mary and see if they plan on coming this year.

I've asked Jenny to come with me, since my brother will be driving in from Bethlehem, PA -- but even if she decides to make the trip from Michigan, she won't be driving our silver King. I'm looking at getting rooms in Shippensberg for the SVT guys.

Hey, I went to Spring Carlisle, too! With heavy rain forecast on Saturday, my brother and I went on Friday (the place was still jammed). Only saw ONE Mustang II -- a low-mileage red 78 Ghia with a four-cylinder. Someone told me there was a 78 Cobra there on Saturday, but I can't verify. Where have all the II's gone?

Look forward to seeing everyone there at the All-Ford Nats (stop by the SVT trailer and say HI!)

I went to a regional MCA sponsored event a few weeks ago and didn't see a single II. There were Mustangs from every other year however.

I'd go, but I still have to get floorpans, engine bay sheetmetal, steering rack and engine back in the beast. I wouldn't feel right going to a car show in the V6, though it stomps most V8's.

I do not know if I will be there thurs., But definitely fri- sat- and maybe sun.

I think I'm going to take a half day off thursday and all day Friday, go for all 4 days, cruise around in the Purple Pony.

Terrific everyone! i'm glad to hear a lot of us will be there. If anyone wants to PM me, I will give you my cell phone and we can get together, or we can all meet at the mustang II section on friday.....say 2:00PM? is that cool for everyone?

I will not be taking the cobra this year either...but i am working on it. Tim was down my house over this weekend and did a terrific job on helping me get some NOS things installed. YES, the NOS overfill bottle was included and Tim wore gloves. We played "amazing grace" while installing.

i should be there... already have a room booked. Car is still not on the road yet from this past winter so hopefully its finished this weekend- My buddy is also bringing his 96 Mystic Cobra

I'll also be there in my Mystic! Sweet, 2 Mystics counted that I now of. I believe I counted 6 last year including mine!

I;d lke to show my purple and white 95 GT but the interior is still beige so it look crappy and doesn't match. I'll probably drive it and not show it

in addition to what i wrote above, if anyone has any parts i might be interested in, please let me know or take them to carilsle. i wouldn't have to pay shipping that way. thanks, and looking forward to seeing all of you there. I wonder if its going to rain again.
