Camber Caster plates are used to adjust the camber/caster settings on the top of the struts on our cars. These come on stock vehicles and sit on top of the strut tower and can be seen in the engine bay. When you lower the vehicle from 2" or more, the stock ones do not allow as much adjustment that you may need to correctly align the car.

Our cars come with a strut that is separate from the front coil spring. A coil over is a spring that has the front strut through it.

The stock ones suck anyway, even on a stock suspension car. I will never have another Mustang that won't get aftermarket caster camber plates.

We had to buy tires and get alignments every spring for the 90, then finally one shop told me that they didn't have enough adjustment to be able to align them the way they wanted to. I put a set of caster camber plates on it and the tires are worn evenly and there is no more tread wear on the inside of the tire than on the outside after 2 years.

The first time I bought new tires for my 04 GT was because the inside of the fronts were wore out too. I didn't even waste my time and immediately ordered a set of 4 bolt billet plates and stuck those babies on. I'm not going through yearly alignments again. Both times I've had those cars aligned with the plates on them, the shops loved them and said they wished all cars had those on them.

Well I just sold my MM 4 bolt c/c plates new in box that are the ones in the above pic so I can't help you there.
