Catted Midpipe With Long Tubes And O2 Sensors

does anyone know if i get a catted h-pipe for my long tubes, do i need to install the o2 sensors before or after the cats? does it matter? i need them to pass emissions by the end of this month.
this is for a 1990 manual 5.0. thanks

The O2 sensors should be in the collectors of the headers, which is before the cats.
