Would replacing the stock catted h pipe with a catted x pipe (Magnaflow) add much power/torque with my mods? Would it cause my car to be much louder than with my stock H pipe?

I will add power and make it louder. But it won't be much louder.

I have the bassani catted X with Magnaflow catback.. not much louder than stock H, but it smooths out the sound.. real nice..

I have a soundclip here somewhere.. I'll see if I can find it..

Borla cat back w/ Magnaflow catted X pipe and I really didn't notice that big of a difference in either power or a louder exhaust.

I got the cated x and the cat back from mangaflow. I like it, its not much louder at first but after some driving it seems like it has gotten alittle louder and deeper. More then anything it gives you a different sound then the h pipe. You should notice some diff in the power and it should also lower your emissions (thats why i got it). The stainless steal looks nice as well.

It will be a little less louder at idle and a little more loud in acceleration. I noticed a slight power increase up top. I have seen dynos where it is worth 1-2 hp up top. The best part of an X-pipe is the sound, IMO. I would never run an H again. The X just sounds too good.
